Recipe Tips

When making this sheet pan kielbasa and potatoes recipe, here are a few tips to make sure it turns out perfectly:

  • Be sure to toss the potatoes in the olive oil thoroughly before you start roasting them. This will reduce their chances of sticking to the pan.
  • If you find especially small potatoes, reduce the cooking time by a few minutes. Otherwise, the potatoes could get too dark and start to char.

Recipe Details

I love how simply this dinner recipe comes together! To get this recipe started, first preheat your oven to 425°F and get out a large baking sheet.

Place the halved potatoes onto the baking sheet and drizzle with a bit of olive oil. Sprinkle the kosher salt, pepper, and sweet paprika over the potatoes and toss to coat again. Roast the potatoes until they’re brown on one side and just starting to soften. Take the baking sheet out of the oven and flip the potatoes to the other side. Stir in the minced garlic among the potatoes and then arrange the pieces of kielbasa onto the baking sheet. Roast everything for another 10 minutes or so, until the kielbasa is warmed through and the potatoes are fully cooked.

Once the baking sheet is out of the oven, divide the potatoes and kielbasa among plates. Garnish each plate with a bit of chopped chives and serve with your favorite honey mustard and sauerkraut. Enjoy!
