Ingredients
  • 2 pounds of a variety of tomatoes, like heirloom, beefsteak, and cherry tomatoes
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons high quality olive oil
  • 1/2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • flaky sea salt
  • freshly cracked black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh basil, chopped

    Thinly slice the larger tomatoes and cut the small tomatoes in half. Remove any hard parts from the tomato stems and discard.

    Arrange the sliced tomatoes onto a serving plate.

    Drizzle the olive oil and white wine vinegar over the sliced tomatoes, making sure each tomato is dressed.

    Season the entire plate of tomatoes with red pepper flakes, a large pinch of flaky salt, and freshly ground black pepper to taste. Garnish the salad with the thinly sliced basil leaves. Enjoy right away!
