Ingredients
  • 3 large heirloom tomatoes, sliced
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 1/2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 ball of burrata cheese
  • 1/2 cup pesto
  • 1/2 teaspoon Flaky salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Freshly ground black pepper
Instructions

    Arrange the sliced heirloom tomatoes on a serving plate.

    Break the ball of burrata over the center of the plate and set in the center of the dressed tomatoes.
