A baked boneless chicken wings recipe tossed in spicy homemade buffalo style sauce made with hot sauce, butter, lemon, and spices.
Preheat the oven to 450°F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
Add the cubed chicken and the garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, and cayenne pepper onto the large baking sheet. Toss to coat the chicken in the spices. Sprinkle the flour over chicken and toss to coat again.
Drizzle the olive oil over the top of the seasoned chicken and toss one last time. Arrange the chicken into a single layer on the baking sheet. Bake the chicken for 17-20 minutes until baked through.
Meanwhile, add the hot sauce, butter, fresh lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, and salt to a small saucepan. Place the saucepan over medium low heat. Stir to warm the sauce and melt the butter. Once the butter has melted and the sauce is warm, take the saucepan off of the heat.
Once the chicken is out of the oven, transfer the chicken to a heat-proof bowl. Pour the buffalo sauce on the top of the chicken and toss to coat them in the sauce.
Transfer the boneless chicken wings to a serving plate, leaving behind any excess buffalo sauce if desired. Enjoy these baked boneless buffalo chicken wings with a side of ranch and some freshly chopped parsley, if desired.
