Description

A simple, pumpkin spiced dip easily whipped up for your next get together. It's sweet, tangy, and just spicy enough to perfectly serve at your next Fall party.

Ingredients
  • 8 oz cream cheese, room temperature
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice

    In a large bowl, add the cream cheese, brown sugar, sugar, vanilla extract, and the pumpkin pie spice.  For the pumpkin pie spice, start with 1 teaspoon and add more to taste.

    Using an electric hand mixer, mix the ingredients together, starting at a low speed and increasing the speed until all of the ingredients are whipped together. About 2-4 minutes depending on how fluffy you’d like the dip to be.  The longer you leave the mixer on, the more air you’ll incorporate, making it a lighter, airier dip.

    Transfer the mixture to a serving bowl and sprinkle a little extra pumpkin pie spice on the top.

    Serve with apple slices, pretzels, or any fruit or cookie you love and enjoy!
