A perfect start to the day or snack, this smoothie is jam packed with citrusy flavors and balanced with sweet, earthy carrot juice and a pinch of turmeric.  It’s a delicious smoothie that tastes as good as it looks.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • ½ navel orange, peeled and pithy parts removed
  • 1 cup carrot juice
  • 1 tsp honey
  • Juice from ½ a lemon
  • Pinch of turmeric powder
  • 2 tbsp your milk of choice
  • 1 1/2 cup ice
Instructions

    In the pitcher of your blender, add the frozen mango, peeled orange, and carrot juice.

    Add in the honey, juice from ½ a lemon, a pinch of turmeric powder, and milk of your choice.

    Pour ice into the pitcher and blend the smoothie, starting on low and working your way to high until the drink is smooth and all of the ingredients have blended together.
