Add all of the lemon pepper seasoning ingredients into a small mixing bowl.
Use your fingers to rub the ingredients together to infuse the lemon zest into the pepper and other seasonings. Set the lemon pepper seasoning aside while you prepare the cauliflower
Preheat the oven to 425°F and set out a large baking tray.
Add the cauliflower florets into a large mixing bowl. Sprinkle the all-purpose flour over the cauliflower and toss to coat.
Drizzle the olive oil over the cauliflower and add the prepared lemon pepper seasoning into the mixing bowl. Toss the cauliflower again to coat in the lemon pepper seasoning.
Transfer the cauliflower to the baking sheet, sprinkling any remaining lemon pepper seasoning left in the bowl over the top.
Bake the cauliflower wings for 15 minutes. Remove the pan from the oven, turn the cauliflower florets over, and bake for another 15 minutes.
While the cauliflower wings are baking, prepare the garlic feta dipping sauce. Add all of the garlic feta sauce ingredients to a high-speed blender with a tablespoon of water. Blend until smooth, adding water a teaspoon at a time until your preferred consistency is reached. Transfer the dip to a bowl and refrigerate until you’re ready to serve the cauliflower.
Mix the melted butter and lemon juice in a small bowl. When the cauliflower wings are out of the oven, pour the melted butter mix over the cauliflower while still on the pan and toss to coat.
Transfer the lemon pepper cauliflower wings to a serving platter. Top with thinly sliced green onions, if desired, and add the garlic feta dipping sauce on the side. Enjoy!
