Description

This herby ranch dressing recipe is packed with fresh herbs, garlic, shallot, lemon, and buttermilk. A perfect dressing for salads or dipping.

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk
  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 1 small shallot, grated
  • 1 small clove garlic, grated
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

    In a large mixing bowl, add the buttermilk, mayo, and sour cream. Scrape the grated shallot and garlic into the bowl.
