A simple cocktail that leans on the delicious flavors of fall and the end of fig season.
To a large glass, add the white rum, fig jam, and honey. Stir vigorously to combine the ingredients together.
Add ice to a separate rocks glass.
Strain the rum mix into the rocks glass, discarding any fig jam that wasn’t fully incorporated into the drink.
Top the drink with ginger beer and garnish with a slice of fresh fig and a burnt cinnamon stick.
